Sourced from a sun-drenched Mediterranean island, the grapes thrive in mineral-rich limestone soils, allowing them to ripen perfectly. The vines are aged between 5 and 25 years, and harvesting takes place at night to preserve freshness. This blend of native Vermentinu grapes, combined with a small percentage of Nielluccio, gives the wine its stunning rose-pink hue and refreshing finish. Perfect as an aperitif but also delicious with scallops or creamy baked cheese dishes.
