Preheat oven. …Remove all packaging and retain parchment paper. Place en croute with parchment paper onto a baking tray in the centre of the oven. For best results, lightly brush pastry with milk or egg before baking. Allow to stand for 2 minutes before serving. Cut with a large serrated knife using a light sawing action. Check food is piping hot before serving. Do not reheat once cooled. (Time 29-31 mins, Oven: 220°C, Fan: 200°C, Gas: Gas Mark 7)
