OVEN HEAT. Preheat oven. Empty meat into the foil tray, cover with foil and place in the centre of the oven. For the final 10 minutes before the end of heating, remove foil, drain off juices and return to oven. Serve. Do not reheat once cooled. (Time 40 mins, Oven: 200°C, Fan: 180°C, Gas: Gas Mark 6)
