Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Once opened, consume within 1 day. Do not exceed use by date. For use by date see front of pack. Freeze as soon after purchase as possible and within the use by date. Use within one month. Defrost fully before use: Do not refreeze once defrosted.

For best results air fry. Air fry 190°C 18 mins (chilled)……Preheat air fryer (according to model instructions). Place the sauce sachet to one side. Place meat into air fryer tray, ensuring even spread in one layer. For the final 3 minutes before the end of cooking, pour contents of sachet over the meat. Allow to stand for one minute. Shred, mix and serve. Check food is piping hot and cooked thoroughly. All appliances vary, this is a guide only. Do not reheat once cooled.

Oven cook (From Chilled)

OVEN HEAT. Preheat oven. Place the sauce sachet to one side. Empty meat and juices into an ovenproof dish, cover with foil. Place in the centre of the oven. For the final 5 minutes before the end of cooking, remove foil and discard any cooking juices. Pour the contents of sachet over the meat and return to oven. Shred to serve. Do not reheat once cooled. (Time 30 mins, Oven: 200°C, Fan: 180°C, Gas: Gas Mark 6)
