Slow cooked pork ribs with a smoke flavoured rub and a tomato, honey, molasses and vodka sauce.

Good ribs shouldn't need a knife and fork, so we've taken the time to slow cook these for 10 hours, till the meat is tender and falling off the bone. They're sticky and smoky, with a punchy tomato, cane molasses and vodka glaze. Just finish in the air fryer - they're ready in 12 minutes and serve 2. For best results air fry. Air fry 210°C 12 mins (chilled)……Preheat air fryer (according to model instructions). Place the sauce sachet to one side. Place meat into air fryer tray, ensuring even spread in one layer. Turn halfway through cooking. For the final 2 minutes before the end of cooking, pour contents of sachet over the meat. Allow to stand for one minute. Check food is piping hot and cooked thoroughly. All appliances vary, this is a guide only. Do not reheat once cooled.

Oven cook (From Chilled)

OVEN HEAT. Preheat oven. Place the sauce sachet to one side. Empty meat into an ovenproof dish. Place in the centre of the oven. For the final 5 minutes before the end of cooking, pour the contents of sachet over the meat and return to oven. Do not reheat once cooled. (Time 25 mins, Oven: 200°C, Fan: 180°C, Gas: Gas Mark 6)
