Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Once opened, consume within 1 day. Do not exceed use by date. For use by date see front of pack. Freeze as soon after purchase as possible and within the use by date. Use within one month.

Gas 6, 200°C, Fan 180°C, 1 hour 15 mins
Preheat oven. Remove all packaging and place sauce sachet to one side. Transfer the meat and juices into an ovenproof dish and cover with foil. Place onto the middle shelf of the oven and heat for 65 minutes. Remove from the oven, discard foil, then drain cooking juices and retain for later use. Return to the oven uncovered for a further 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and rest for 5 minutes before serving. Sauce naturally separates, shake well before use. Pour gravy sachet contents into a saucepan along with the retained cooking juices to give the desired consistency and heat over a medium heat for 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently until piping hot. To serve, slice the turkey and pour gravy over the meat.
Do not reheat once cooled.
