Preparation. Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw shellfish. Check food is piping hot. Do not reheat once cooled. Caution: Ceramics become very hot on cooking. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
Gas 6, 200°C, Fan 180°C, 18 mins
Based on cooking whole pack (2 ceramics). Preheat oven. Remove outer packaging and plastic lids. Place ceramic dishes on a baking tray in the centre of the oven. Cook for 18 minutes. Remove from oven on baking tray. Allow to stand for 2 minutes, stir before serving.
