Microwave ovens vary: refer to handbook. Pierce film. Place on a microwaveable plate. Shake gently halfway through cooking. Allow to stand for 1 minute before serving. (800W: 2 ½ minutes, 900W: 2 minutes, 1000W: 1 ½ minutes)
Time: 10-12 minutes. Remove from packaging. Place vegetables in a steamer and steam until tender.
Time: 8-10 minutes. Remove from packaging. Place in a pan of boiling water. Cover and bring back to the boil. Reduce heat and simmer until vegetables are tender.
