Quick noodle supper with just four ingredients

Cook the pork according to pack instructions. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a wok or large frying pan and cook the stir fry according to pack instructions, reserving some of the coriander for garnish.
Toss the noodles into the pan, heat through, then dress with 1 tbsp yuzu juice. Season, if liked.
Divide between 2 wide bowls. Shred the meat, mixing it into the juices in the tin and pile onto the noodles. Scatter over the reserved coriander to serve.
