  • 5 dried green cardamom seeds, from 1 pod
  • 50ml Plantation XO 20th Anniversary Rum
  • 10ml Cointreau
  • 15ml lime juice, plus lime peel twist to serve (optional)
  • 15ml Monin Vanilla Syrup


  1. Crush the cardamom seeds in a pestle and mortar to release their flavour. Tip into a cocktail shaker with the rest of the ingredients and a handful of ice, then shake. Finestrain into a coupe or martini glass and garnish with twisted lime peel, if liked.
