Ingredients
- 2 scoops (about 100g) No.1 Belgian Dark Chocolate & Sour Cherry Ice Cream
- 150g cherries, halved
- 2 scoops (about 100g) Crosta & Mollica Amarena Cherry & Mascarpone Gelato
- 2 scoops (about 100g) Hackney Gelato Pistachio
- 30g roasted & salted pistachios, shelled and roughly chopped
- 2 Chloe’s Hazelnut & Cocoa Wafer Rolls
Method
Take 2 tall glasses and put a scoop of the chocolate ice cream in the base of each, scatter over a few cherry halves, then top with a scoop of the cherry ice cream. Add a few more cherries, then a scoop of pistachio gelato. Sprinkle over the chopped pistachios and remaining cherries, then add a wafer roll.
