  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 60g pack Cooks' Ingredients Diced Chorizo
  • 1 tsp Cooks' Ingredients frozen Chopped Garlic
  • 4 Waitrose Frozen Line Caught Cod Fillets
  • 150ml glass white wine
  • 200g cherry vine tomatoes, halved
  • 1 tsp frozen chopped Jalapeno Red Chillies
  • 500g frozen Big & Juicy White Clams, thawed according to packet instructions
  • 1 tbsp Cooks' Ingredients frozen Chopped Basil


  1. Heat a splash of olive oil in a large sauté pan and cook the chorizo and garlic for 2 minutes, add the frozen cod and cook for 2 minutes on each side.

  2. Add the wine, tomatoes, chillies and clams, cover and simmer for 5 minutes until the fish is cooked through.

  3. Stir in the basil and divide between four large, shallow bowls. Finish off each serving with a drizzle of olive oil and a good grinding of black pepper.
