  • 75ml vodka
  • 15ml dry vermouth
  • 15ml olive brine
  • Green olive on cocktail stick, to serve


  1. Shake the vermouth, vodka and olive brine over ice in a shaker until chilled.

  2. Strain and pour into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with the skewered green olive.
