Ingredients

  • 1 Earl Grey tea bag
  • 3 sage leaves
  • 200ml just-boiled water
  • 25ml Botivo Botanical Non-Alcoholic Aperitivo

To serve

  • 4 fresh sage leaves

Method

  1. Put the Earl Grey tea bag and 3 sage leaves into a tea pot or jug with the just-boiled water. Steep for 3 minutes, then strain and leave to cool.

  2. Pour the cooled tea and Botivo Botanical Non-Alcoholic Aperitivo into a mixing glass or jug and add ice. Stir until very cold, then strain into glasses. Garnish with fresh sage leaves.
