1 Earl Grey tea bag
3 sage leaves
200ml just-boiled water
25ml Botivo Botanical Non-Alcoholic Aperitivo

To serve

4 fresh sage leaves

Put the Earl Grey tea bag and 3 sage leaves into a tea pot or jug with the just-boiled water. Steep for 3 minutes, then strain and leave to cool.
Pour the cooled tea and Botivo Botanical Non-Alcoholic Aperitivo into a mixing glass or jug and add ice. Stir until very cold, then strain into glasses. Garnish with fresh sage leaves.
