  • 40ml Tequila Blanco
  • 20ml fresh lime juice
  • 15ml agave syrup
  • ½ tsp sriracha chilli sauce


  1. Pour the Tequila Blanco, fresh lime juice and agave syrup into a cocktail shaker and add around 1⁄2 tsp sriracha chilli sauce to taste. Add some ice and shake hard, then strain through a fine sieve into a salt-rimmed coupette glass.
