Ingredients

  • 1 Essential Bake at Home White Baguette
  • 70g Principe Italian Prosciutto Crudo
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 100g Gorgonzola
  • 3 small figs, each cut into 6 wedges
  • 2 tsp clear honey

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 200ºC, gas mark 6. Bake the bread according to pack instructions, allow to cool and cut into 15 slices (save the ends for making breadcrumbs at a later date).

  2. Line 2 baking trays with baking parchment. Tear the prosciutto into shards and lay flat on one tray. Separate the bread slices on the other tray. Drizzle the bread with oil and put both trays in the oven for 8-10 minutes until everything is crisp, then allow to cool.

  3. Spread the crostini with the cheese, then top with the figs, prosciutto and honey.
