      • 50ml gin
      • Tonic water, to top up
      • Long strip of lemon peel, to garnish


      1. Gently fill a copa with small ice cubes. Add the gin and top up with tonic water.

      2. Garnish with any of the following: long strips of citrus zest, lemon or lime wedges, a slice of grapefruit, pink peppercorns, basil or rosemary sprigs.
