Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Rowse Runny Honey
  • ¼ x 1 tsp Lee Kum Kee Chilli Oil, plus extra to drizzle
  • 2 tbsp Essential Vegetable Oil
  • 2 clove/s cloves garlic, finely sliced
  • 210g sweet and tender stir fry pack
  • 2 x 150g Amoy Straight to Wok Medium Noodles

Method

  1. In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, runny honey and ¼ tsp chiu chow chilli oil with 2 tsp water.

  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large frying pan over a high heat. Add the sliced garlic and fry for 30 seconds until fragrant. Tip in the stir fry vegetables and toss over the heat for 2 minutes.

  3. Add the noodles and sauce to the pan and toss over the heat for another 2 minutes, until everything is piping hot. Divide between plates and serve with an extra drizzle of chiu chow chilli oil.

And to drink...

Kirin Ichiban Premium Lager

Using only the first press of the malt, this smooth, drinkable lager has enough body to balance the strong flavours of the chilli noodles.
