Ingredients

  • ice
  • 40ml limoncello
  • 100ml chilled Tread Softly Rosé, Australia
  • soda
  • 1 lemon wedge
  • 1 sprig/s lemon thyme

Method

  1. Fill a large wine or balloon glass with ice. Add limoncello and chilled wine, and stir to combine. Top up with soda.

  2. Garnish with a lemon wedge and a sprig of lemon thyme.
