Ingredients

  • 250ml milk or dairy-free alternative
  • 2 x 1g sachets Clearspring Matcha Shot Green Tea Powder, to taste
  • 1 tsp maple syrup or honey

Method

  1. Heat the milk or dairy-free alternative in a small saucepan until steaming.

  2. Meanwhile, tip the matcha powder into a mug, add 1 tbsp just-boiled water, then mix vigorously until dissolved. Stir in the syrup or honey.

  3. Whisk the milk with a frother or wire whisk until foamy, then pour onto the matcha.

Cook’s tip

A little sweetness works well in a matcha latte – add more, or less, to suit your taste.
