Ingredients

  • 50ml gin
  • 125ml cranberry juice
  • 50ml pink grapefruit juice
  • 1 grapefruit slice
  • 1 thyme sprig

Method

  1. Add gin, cranberry juice and pink grapefruit juice to a highball with ice. Garnish with a grapefruit slice and thyme sprig.

Use an alcohol-free spirit such as Tanqueray Alcohol Free 0.0, Sipsmith FreeGlider or Warner’s 0% Juniper Double Dry.
