  • 25ml Campari
  • 25ml Lustau Vermut Rosé
  • 15ml Cocchi Extra Dry Vermouth
  • 100ml Dalston Squeezed Rhubarb & Sparkling Water
  • Slice of unwaxed lemon (to garnish)


  1. Pour the Campari, Lustau Vermut Rosé and Cocchi Extra Dry Vermouth into a tall glass filled with ice. Top with the Dalston Squeezed Rhubarb & Sparkling Water. Give the drink a quick stir with a long spoon or a straw. Add more ice if required, then garnish with the unwaxed lemon slice.
