  • 400g watermelon
  • 100g caster sugar
  • 3 limes, juice
  • 100ml vodka
  • 750ml (one bottle) rosé wine
  • ice cubes
  • 8 small watermelon wedges, to garnish
  • 8 slice/s lime, to garnish


  1. Peel and roughly chop the watermelon. Put in a food processor or blender with the caster sugar and lime juice, then whizz until smooth. Pour into a large jug, and add the vodka, fruity rosé wine and plenty of ice; stir until cold.

  2. Garnish with small wedges of watermelon and lime slices, if liked.
