Ingredients

  • 380g pack Mediterranean vegetables with borlotti beans & feta
  • 275g pack seeded salmon fillets
  • 185g pack tabbouleh salad

Method

  1. Cook the Mediterranean vegetables according to pack instructions. Add the salmon alongside for the last 16-18 minutes and cook according to pack instructions.

  2. Serve the vegetables with the salmon and dressed tabbouleh, with any juices from the fish spooned around.
