- 15ml No.1 Woodford Reserve Malt Whiskey
- ½ tsp maple syrup
- 1 drop Angostura Orange Bitters
- Blood orange wheel
- Sprig of fresh rosemary
Stir 15ml No.1 Woodford Reserve Malt Whiskey, ½ tsp maple syrup and 1 drop Angostura Orange Bitters* in a mixing glass over ice. Pour into a rocks glass with one large ice cube. Garnish with a blood orange wheel and a sprig of fresh rosemary. Light the rosemary then cover with a cloche or glass bowl to extinguish the flame.
