Ingredients: 200 ml boiled water; 1 tbsp honey; 1 sprig/s rosemary; 2 cardamom pods; 1 star anise; 15 ml fresh lemon juice; 25 ml bourbon; 25 ml Grand Marnier; Lemon zest, to garnish

Ingredients

200ml boiled water
1 tbsp honey
1 sprig/s rosemary
2 cardamom pods
1 star anise
15ml fresh lemon juice
25ml bourbon
25ml Grand Marnier
Lemon zest, to garnish

Method

Place all the ingredients, except the alcohol, in a small pot and heat for about 5 minutes.
Remove from the heat and stir in the bourbon and Grand Marnier.
Pour into a heatproof glass and garnish with lemon zest.
