Harissa Paste
Bring a blush of pink to the plate with floral and spiced harissa paste. This aromatic blend of fragrant rose petals, smoked paprika and roasted red peppers can be used as a marinade for fish, meat and vegetables. Rub it over a whole chicken before roasting, blitz into ketchup for some heat, or stir into homemade houmous.
