Brewing the perfect cafetière

Place the correct amount of ground coffee in the cafetière: 60g of coffee per 1 litre of water (or 20g for a 3 cup cafetière). Using water 30 seconds off the boil, pour onto the coffee and let it sit for 4 minutes. Stir the coffee once and plunge before serving
