Rose water

Rose water is a culinary flavouring made from rose petals. It has a distinctive floral aroma and flavour and adds an unmistakable rose flavour to a variety of recipes. Waitrose sell Star Kay White Rose Water which is made from pure extract of rose petals. It is very concentrated and should be used sparingly add one drop at a time and taste as you go if you want to add more.

Uses: Pure rose extract adds a floral bouquet and flavour to a variety of sweets and desserts including ice creams, fruit compotes, sorbets, icing, cakes and drinks.

To store: Keep in a cool, dry place and use by the best before date.
