Brie & bacon baguette

Serves: 1
2 slices essential Waitrose Smoked Back Bacon
1½ tbsp Waitrose Apple & Walnut Chutney
1/3 essential Waitrose Baguette, halved lengthways
Small handful wild rocket
50g essential Waitrose French Mild Brie, sliced
1. Lay the bacon on a grill pan and place under a preheated grill for 3 minutes.
2. Spread the chutney over both halves of the baguette and top with rocket. Add the bacon then the Brie and place back under the grill for 1 minute. Serve with salad.
