Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

The Promoter is set out at the end of these Terms and Conditions.

WHO CAN ENTER

This prize draw is open, subject to any other qualifications in these terms and conditions, to all residents of the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland) who are aged 21 years or over with a valid email address, except for employees of the Promoter, its associated companies, agents, third parties or anyone else professionally connected with this prize draw. Proof of age may be required. By submitting a prize draw entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions. The instructions provided at the point of entry form part of the terms and conditions of this prize draw. In the event of a conflict, these terms and conditions take precedence.

To enter the prize draw you must have an active My Waitrose membership. No purchase necessary. There is no charge to submit an entry via the website at waitrose.com/winwithviking.

DEADLINE FOR ENTRIES

Entries must be received between 12.01am on 3 December 2025 and 11.59pm on 1 January 2026 (the “Closing Date”). Entries received after the Closing Date will not be accepted.

HOW TO ENTER

To enter, simply go to waitrose.com/winwithviking, follow the prize draw instructions at the top of the page and submit your details and other required information using the online form provided.

There is a limit of one entry per person. Multiple entries submitted directly or with the use of any automated systems will not be entered into the draw.

No responsibility will be accepted for entries that are lost, delayed, mislaid or damaged in transit, regardless of the cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.

Those entries not in accordance with the rules will be void and will entitle the Promoter to exclude the entry from the prize draw; any entry containing false, incomplete or misleading information will be void and will entitle the Promoter to exclude the entry from the prize draw.

THE PRIZE

The prize is: A Viking river voyage for two (2) people, aged 21+ (on a sharing basis) staying in a French Balcony Stateroom (D) or higher on a Lyon & Provence itinerary from Lyon to Avignon (or reverse) operating March to November 2026. The cruise is to be taken in 2026 and is an eight (8) day cruise visiting one (1) country. There is 1 prize available to be won.

There will be one (1) winner. The winner will receive one (1) prize, which will consist of:

● A Viking river voyage for two (2) people, aged 21+ (on a sharing basis) staying in a French Balcony Stateroom (D) or higher on a Lyon & Provence itinerary from Lyon to Avignon (or reverse) operating March to November 2026. The cruise is to be taken in 2026 and is a eight (8) day cruise visiting one (1) country.

● Return scheduled economy class flights for two (2) people between London and Lyon and Avignon to London, or vice versa, as required.

● An included excursion in every port except for the first and last days (of which there are two (2) on this itinerary). Therefore, there are approximately seven (7) excursions included in this itinerary.

● All meals on board.

● Selected house beer, wine and soft drinks with onboard lunch and dinner.

● 24-hour coffees, teas, bottled water and snacks on board.

● Onboard Enrichment Lectures and Destination Performances.

● Overseas ground transfers.

● Onboard gratuities.

● The winner cannot exchange the prize for cash value. The cruise and French Balcony Stateroom is subject to availability at the time of booking and subject to Viking’s Booking Conditions and Privacy Policy. Viking will find and provide an alternative voyage if these sailings are fully booked.

● The Prize does not include: Silver Spirits beverage package; optional shore excursions; travel insurance; travel to/from the London airport; any costs associated with obtaining the necessary passports or visas to join the cruise or enter the countries visited. In accordance with the General Terms & Conditions, Prize winners are responsible for obtaining travel insurance, supplying valid passports and, where necessary, for obtaining appropriate vaccinations, inoculations and visas as required.

● The Prize must be taken on one of the dates stated above. Validity of the Prize cannot be extended.

● Viking and/or Waitrose cannot be responsible for unforeseen cancellations or changes in dates or times of flights or cancellation of the Prize due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control.

● The holiday is ABTA and ATOL protected.

● The Prize is non-transferable, may not be re-sold and is subject to availability. Viking reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute any such gift, prize or item with a gift, prize or item of equal value.

● The Prize winner must accept Viking’s Booking Conditions and Privacy Notice. Any travel expenses, or any other expenses in the general use of and enjoyment of the prize, that the winners or their guests incur are the sole responsibility of the winners or their guests.

Prizes are subject to availability. They are non-transferable, non-refundable and, unless stated, there are no cash alternatives. In the event that the prize is out of stock or if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control make it necessary to do so, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute another item, in its sole discretion, of equal or higher value.

WINNER SELECTION

All valid and, if applicable, correct entries received by the Closing Date will be entered into a prize draw, and the winners will be picked at random. The winner’s details (surname and county only) will be available for one month after the Closing Date by sending a request to the Promoter by at Waitrose Limited, Media Team, Floor 2, Waite House, Doncastle Road, Southern Industrial Area, Bracknell RG12 8YA, enclosing a stamped self-addressed envelope, or alternatively by emailing customerserviceteam@waitrose.co.uk.

WINNER NOTIFICATION

Winners will be notified by email, text or phone call as soon as practicable after the prize draw, using the contact details provided with the prize draw entry. The winners will be required to respond within 30 days of notification (unless otherwise stated) confirming their acceptance of the prize. In the event winners do not respond to communications within this period or if any prize is declined, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that winner and draw another winner.

Please allow 30 days from the date of the winner’s address verification for delivery of the prize.

We will treat all of your personal data as confidential. We will keep it on a secure server and fully comply with all applicable privacy regulations and consumer legislation. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Promoter and its associated agencies, companies and distributors will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this prize draw or accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including liability for fraud or death or personal injury arising from negligence) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law. Your statutory rights are not affected.

If you have opted-in to receive further information or marketing from any of the Promoter’s agents or suppliers involved in the administration of this prize draw, you understand and accept that the relevant third party will be solely responsible for any processing of your personal data for these purposes, that such processing will be governed by terms of that third party’s privacy policy and that the Promoter accepts no responsibility or liability in association with any such data processing for these purposes.

GENERAL

If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or if the Promoter believes that your conduct may be unlawful or otherwise bring the prize draw into disrepute, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to make your entry void and will entitle the Promoter to exclude you from participating in the prize draw. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so, with no liability to any entrants or third parties.

This prize draw and all issues arising out of it shall be governed in accordance with English Law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
