All Waitrose shops with a café will have a toilet located in the branch, but not necessarily in the café itself.

Do you provide information on allergens?

Yes. We provide all our cafés with a nutritional leaflet with information on calories and 13 main allergens for all the unpackaged lines sold. Please speak to a partner if you need any help.

Can I get free coffee in Waitrose cafés?

No, free coffee are available with a myWaitrose card from the front-of-store self-serve coffee machines. Our cafés sell a unique blend of Fairtrade and organic coffee which is different to that at the front of store.

Are dogs allowed in Waitrose cafés?

Only guide dogs are allowed in our cafés.
