Fragrant green tikka flavours come to life over fire. Barbecues vary, adjust heat & cook time to suit your grill. Turn carefully until the salmon is lightly charred & cooked thoroughly.
Oven cook (From Chilled)
Equipment: Oven tray & wire rack (optional)Cooking Time: 18-20 Mins1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (Fan 180°C / Gas Mark 6).2. Remove sleeve, film and both sachets. Ensure salmon fillets are separated before cooking. For best results place the salmon on a lightly oiled wire rack set over an oven tray (or cook in tray provided).3. Spoon over the extra sachet of green tikka marinade and drizzle with 5ml of oil if desired.4. Roast in the centre of the oven for 18-20 minutes.5. Rest for 2 minutes before serving, ensuring the salmon is cooked thoroughly and is piping hot thoughout.6. Serve with green chutney on the side.
