A multi-award-winning Speyside whisky created using only the finest Speyside malts, including Mortlach, Macallan and Glenrothes. It has a distinct rich, dark colour, extracted from the fine Spanish sherry butts used during maturation.

Named after him, this genuinely Small Batch bottling is a marriage of the finest Speyside Single Cask Single Malts with a sweetly spiced warmth at its heart. Matured predominantly in Sherry butts, Scallywag carries a richly spiced character on the nose, woven into delicious vanilla. On the palate, detect layer on layer of sweet stewed fruits and dark chocolate, fused with nutmeg and cinnamon, much of which can be attributed to years of slumbering in Spanish Sherry butts. The finish displays a burst of zesty orange with fresh ginger, cocoa and rich fruitcake. Scallywag is proudly offered to you without colouring or chill-filtration and at 46% alcohol strength, allowing the natural character of the spirit to shine through.
