OVEN COOK FROZEN …Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place fish fingers on a baking tray in the centre of oven. Cook until golden brown. …Do not reheat once cooled. (Time 14 mins, Oven: 220°C, Fan: 200°C, Gas: Gas Mark 7)
For best results grill from frozen. GRILL FROZEN …MEDIUM HEAT 12 mins. Preheat grill. Remove all packaging. Place fish fingers on a grill tray under a medium heat. Turn halfway through cooking. Cook until golden brown. Do not reheat once cooled.
