Get Flavour... 1. Simply cook your favourite pasta, and reserve some pasta water before draining. 2. Heat the sauce gently in a saucepan, stirring often, and add the cooked pasta to the saucepan. 3. Add a couple of tablespoons of pasta water and stir thoroughly to evenly coat the pasta. Serve with a generous sprinkle of freshly grated Parmesan.
