This little-known grape variety is grown in southern Moldova and means 'white maiden', a reference to the colour of the grapes. This carefully crafted sparkling wine is an expression of its unique terroir, delicate yet complex with ripe pear notes layered with a hint of ginger spice and a whisper of fresh herbs on the finish. This crisp white makes a delicious aperitif but is also a great match for grilled chicken or white fish.
