Vegan Friendly.The vineyard is nestled upon beautiful slopes, overlooking Maud Heath's historic causeway, between the village of East Tytherton and Bremhill, in the picturesque Wiltshire countryside. This English, Quality, Sparkling, Rose' wine, has been lovingly produced, entirely from our Pinot Noir grapes from a single vineyard. The grapes were carefully hand picked in Autumn 2015, after a long, warm, growing season, to produce this limited edition, boutique vintage. Having been produced using the ‘traditional method' , means the wine has gone through a secondary fermentation in the bottle, and has been aged on its lees, for over 42 months, to mature before release. The wine has a fine persistent mousse, displaying a beautiful pink colour, resulting from direct contact with the Pinot Noir, grape skins. On the nose, there are lovely aromas of fresh, wild strawberries, and of freshly baked bread. On the palate, there is a wonderful depth of flavour, with balanced acidity, and a long, generous, refreshing finish.
