Oven cook (From Chilled)
Remove all packaging. Preheat oven. Place in a roasting dish and brush with olive oil. Cook in the centre of the oven. Baste frequently during cooking. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked, that juices run clear and that no pink colour remains. All cooking appliances vary, this is a guide only. Do not reheat once cooled.
