Shallow Fry …Chilled. Cook Time: 9-10 minutes. medium - high heat. Preheat 1 tbsp. (15ml) of in a frying pan over a medium - high heat. Remove all packaging and dry the chunks well with kitchen paper. Place the monkfish chunks in the pan. Cook for 9-10 minutes, turning halfway during cooking. Check food is piping hot.
