Soft on the inside, crisp on the outside chickpea falafel are stuffed with creamy feta and ezme, a chilli-spiced tomato and red pepper sauce popular in Turkish cuisine. Delicious hot or cold, they come with a warming Zhoug dressing, made with coriander and chilli. Serve with drinks, as part of a sharing feast, or pile into warm pitta breads with crunchy salad.

Oven cook (From Chilled)
Gas 6, 200°C, Fan 180°C, 12 mins
Preheat oven. Remove all packaging and put Zhoug sachet to one side. Spread falafels evenly on a baking tray and place in centre of the oven. Stand for 1 minute before serving. Check food is piping hot and heated thoroughly. Stir Zhoug before use. Do not heat Zhoug sachet. If frozen, defrost Zhoug sachet thoroughly in a bowl of warm water and stir before use.
Oven cook (From Frozen)
Gas 6, 200°C, Fan 180°C, 18 mins
Preheat oven. Remove all packaging and put Zhoug sachet to one side. Spread falafels evenly on a baking tray and place in centre of the oven. Stand for 1 minute before serving. Check food is piping hot and heated thoroughly. Stir Zhoug before use. Do not heat Zhoug sachet. If frozen, defrost Zhoug sachet thoroughly in a bowl of warm water and stir before use.
Air Fry (From Chilled)
180°C, 8 mins
Preheat air fryer (according to model instructions). Remove all packaging and place sachet to one side. If sachet is frozen defrost thoroughly in a bowl of warm water and stir before use. Place product in air fryer tray ensuring even spread in one layer. Program air fryer to heat for the time shown. Turn halfway through heating time. Allow to stand for one minute. Ensure product is piping hot and heated thoroughly before serving. All appliances vary, this is a guide only.

Preheat air fryer (according to model instructions). Remove all packaging and place sachet to one side. If sachet is frozen defrost thoroughly in a bowl of warm water and stir before use.
