Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Once opened, consume within 2 days. Do not exceed use by date. For use by date see front of pack. Freeze as soon after purchase as possible and within the use by date. Use within one month.

Shallow Fry (From Chilled)

Air fry from chilled: 180ºC / 8 mins. Air fry from frozen: 180ºC / 13 mins. Preheat air fryer (according to model instructions). Remove all packaging and place sachet to one side. If sachet is frozen defrost thoroughly in a bowl of warm water and stir before use. Place product in air fryer tray ensuring even spread in one layer. Program air fryer to heat for the time shown. Turn halfway through heating time. Allow to stand for one minute. Ensure product is piping hot and heated thoroughly before serving. All appliances vary, this is a guide only. Do not reheat once cooled.

Oven cook (From Chilled)

For best results oven cook from chilled. Preheat oven. …Remove all packaging and put Zhoug sachet to one side. Spread falafels evenly on a baking tray and place in centre of the oven.
