Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Store raw ment covered at the bottom of the fridge. Do not exceed use date. For use by date see side of pack.
Freeze as soon after purchase as possible and within the use by date. Use within one month.
Defrost fully before use: do not refreeze once defrosted.
As part of our commitment to supply British lamb all year round this product has previously been frozen and defrosted. Further freezing will not affect quality.

Preparation: Wash hands after handling raw meat. Unwrap and dispose of packaging carefully. Use separate kitchen utensils and surfaces for raw meat and cooked, or wash between uses. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
Gas, 200°C, Fan 180°C, 40 mins per 500g +30 mins
Preheat over. Remove all packaging. Allow the lamb to rest for 10-minutes to enable the colour to return and any containment odour to disappear. Cover with foil and place in a roasting tray in centre of oven. Uncover 30 minutes before end of cooking. Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear. Leave the lamb to rest in a warm place for 10 minutes. Remove bands before carving Do not reheat once cooled.
