Our No. 1 Wagyu Beef Ragù with Torchietti is an indulgent upgrade on the classic pasta dish. The rich, meaty ragù is made in stages for real depth of flavour: a classic sofrito of carrot, onion and celery is cooked down with smoked pancetta, before adding succulent Wagyu and native breed beef mince, tomatoes, rich beef stock and wine. It's served with torchietti pasta, a curly shape that captures thick sauces beautifully, and shavings of Parmigiano Reggiano DOP. Delicious with a glass of Italian red.

Microwave ovens vary: refer to handbook. Remove sleeve and pierce film. Place on a microwaveable plate. Halfway through heating, peel back film, stir contents thoroughly, re-cover and continue heating for remaining time until piping hot. If not heat for a further period.
