Shallow Fry (From Chilled)
Medium heat/ 8 minutesFry: Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and fry, turning frequently.
Oven cook (From Chilled)
200°C/180°C Fan/Gas Mark 6/14 minutesBake: Pre-heat oven.Toss in 1 tbsp oil and bake on a tray, turning halfway.
