Take extra care when barbecuing. Cook first and barbecue to finish.

Grill (From Chilled)

GRILL. Time: 8-10 mins …Medium/High Heat. Preheat grill. Cover kebab sticks with foil to prevent burning. Place kebabs on a grill pan, turn occasionally to prevent burning. Ensure they are steaming hot all the way through, any juices run clear and there is no pink or rare meat inside. Do not reheat once cooled. For the pomegranate glaze - Heat a small pan of water until boiling, place the sachet into the water for 10 seconds, remove and leave to one side until kebabs are cooked. Cut open the sachet and drizzle over the kebabs. see reverse of the label for air fry and barbecue instructions.

AIR FRY. 8-10 mins (180ºC)……Preheat air fryer (according to model instructions)……Cover kebab sticks with foil to prevent burning. Place kebabs in air fryer tray ensuring even spread in one layer. Program air fryer to cook for the time shown. Turn halfway through cooking time. Allow to stand for one minute. Ensure they are steaming hot all the way through, any juices run clear and there is no pink or rare meat inside. Do not reheat once cooled. Based on air fryer minimum capacity of 4L and per pack. Two or more packs may require further cooking time. Please check manufacturer's instructions. For the pomegranate glaze - Heat a small pan of water until boiling, place the sachet into the water for 10 seconds, remove and leave to one side until kebabs are cooked. Cut open the sachet and drizzle over the kebabs.
