Gas 6, 200°C, Fan 180°C, 25 - 30 mins
Preheat oven. Remove outer packaging and wrapper. Replace Camembert in the wooden container. Place sachet to one side. Make a 3-inch cut (approx. 8 cm) into the top of the cheese and place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven. Cook for 20 - 25 minutes. Remove from the oven, peel back corners of the cheese rind, being careful of the hot cheese. Open sachet and top cheese with sauce. Return to oven and cook for a further 5 minutes. Serve immediately. Check food is hot. Do not reheat once cooled. All cooking appliances. This is a guide only.
