Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Once opened, consume within 1 day. Do not exceed use by date. For use by date see front of pack.

Gas 6, 200°C, Fan 180°C, 30 mins
Preheat oven. Place sachet to one side, remove lamb shanks from all packaging, and place into an ovenproof dish. Cover with foil, and place in the centre of the oven. Cook for 20 minutes. Remove foil, and drain juices carefully into a jug or other suitable container. Return lamb to the oven uncovered for a further 10 minutes. Pour contents of the sachet into a saucepan, add approximately 4 tablespoons of the cooking juices, and heat over a medium heat for 3-4 minutes. Stir frequently until piping hot. To serve, pour sauce over the meat.
