Add 1 large sliced onion to the bottom of a baking tray. Rub the jar of Tinga paste over a medium sized whole chicken or 1 pack of chicken thighs and place on top of the onion. Add 100ml of water and cover with foil, bake in the oven until chicken is cooked. Shred and serve with wraps, salsa & salad.
