Ingredients

  • 125g pack Waitrose Duchy Organic Blueberries
  • 2 Waitrose Duchy Organic Fairtrade Bananas
  • 300g Plants By Deliciously Ella Coconut Yoghurt
  • 300g Plants By Deliciously Ella Roasted Almond Butter & Cashew Granola

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 200ºC, gas mark 6. Wash the blueberries, leave damp, then roast in a small parchment-lined roasting tin for 15 minutes, until soft and juicy.

  2. Slice 2 bananas. Ripple ½ the blueberries and juices through the yogurt alternative. Using 4 short tumblers, layer some granola, yogurt alternative, the remaining berries and juice, banana and more granola, then serve.
