Ingredients

  • 1 handful/s ice cubes
  • 75ml chilled Canti Prosecco DOC Millesimato
  • 50ml Aperol
  • 25ml soda
  • 1 slice/s orange

Method

  1. Fill a large balloon or wine glass with ice cubes, pour in chilled Canti Prosecco DOC Millesimato, followed by Aperol, then top the glass with soda. Garnish with an orange slice.

Cook’s tip

Golden Ratio 

This cocktail traditionally uses a 3-2-1 ratio of Prosecco, Aperol and soda, but it’s always worth tweaking to taste.
